Four methods, one standard — every slab and tile is selected, cushioned and secured for the journey from quarry to site.

I.

Wooden Pallets
or Wooden Trays

The tiles are carefully selected according to the approved samples and packed on wooden pallets, tied with plastic belts and rubber pieces on the edges to avoid any damage that may occur.

Each wooden pallet contains a certain number of tiles according to their size and thickness. All details of the pallet's contents are listed on a paper fixed to its side.

Edge protection —Rubber-cushioned plastic belts

II.

Wooden Boxes

Tiles are carefully selected according to the approved samples and packed in boxes lined with foam on the sides for better protection. Each box holds a specific number of tiles according to their thickness, listed on a label attached to the outer side.

Only cardboard or foam boxes are used to pack 12″×12″ tiles (0.1mm ± 0.5 thickness) before they are placed inside the wooden boxes. Thin plastic sheets are set between polished faces to prevent scratching.

Interior lining —Foam, with plastic interleaving sheets

III.

The Normal Way

The panels are placed manually directly on the floor of the container, resting on two bars fixed along its inner longitudinal sides. Long panels take two sets — one along each side — while shorter panels take four sets, two to a side.

As before, the polished panels are separated by plastic sheets to protect them against scratches.

Loading —2 sets (long panels) or 4 sets (short panels) per 20ft container

IV.

Wooden Pendulums

Panels are assembled in groups of 8 to 15, according to thickness, inside a single wooden bundle, then loaded into a 20‑foot container — either by an iron arm that extends into the container, or in an open‑top container using a winch, according to the customer's request.

The polished panels are separated by plastic sheets to protect them against scratches.

Bundle size —8–15 panels, by thickness

Every pallet, box and bundle is labeled and inspected before it leaves our yard.
