In 2022, 2 cm thick Trista Beige marble wall cladding was installed for the surface-level bathrooms. Subsequently, 4 cm thick Trista Beige marble coping was executed for the swimming pools.

The project’s entire landscape area was completed using 3 cm thick Milly Grey marble for both wall cladding and flooring. In addition, all project copings were executed using Turkish Carrara marble.

The waterfalls and fountains were finished with Double Black marble. Furthermore, the main entrance gates of the compound were mechanically fixed using marble cladding, including 3 cm Milly Grey, 3 cm Trista Beige, and 3 cm Botticino Classico marble.
